...

First of all: Went to Valleyfair on Wendsday. Here's the abridged version:

Owie.

Wore sandals. Bad idea. Have blisters on both feet. One foot has swelled up.

Rode "Excalibur". Another bad idea. Hurt my neck.

Got some Senior Pictures taken. Not bad, but not that great. Took about 75 pictures. About three of them will work. Having brother take pictures is cheaper than hiring someone.

Rode "Power Tower" about six times. WEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE. Finally rode red tower. Screamed like a sissy. More fun than I thought.

Rode Bumper Cars about eight times before park closed. Like driving, only more fun 'cause you're SUPPOSED to hit other people. Laughed like lunatic the entire time. Struggled to not yell "LOVEBUMP!" everytime I hit someone.

Rode "RipTide" twice. Fun, but makes me dizzy. Am calling it "Washing Machine" from now on.

Rode "Corkscrew" only once. Bah.

Didn't ride "Steel Venom" at all. HA.

Watched the dude running the basketball game try to play after park closed. Keyword being "try". Secretly laughed at him.

Slept on the way there AND on the way back. Booya.

One foot scarred. Other still hurts.

And that was my trip to Valleyfair. Planning on going again on Labor day, the day before school starts. It should prove to be interesting.

In other news, I have to go to a funeral tomorrow (Monday). A woman from my church came home from a meeting to find her husband had been crushed underneath the car he had been working on. My uncle says it looks like his neck broke before his chest was crushed, so it's most likely he didn't suffer any. He also says it looked like someone picked up the car, moved the jacks, and dropped the car on him. But I guess we'll never know what really happened. His poor wife still seems to be in shock from finding him; it probably doesn't seem real to her yet.
